Hey guys! The Superbowl weekend passed by and everyone is always looking forward to all the different kinds of snacks right?? Well I thought this was the perfect time to complete my assignment for class. I decided to make a Buffalo Chicken Dip! Its always a favourite in my house, I picked it mainly because its like a combination of buffalo wings and nachos. OKAY so, I went to St. Lawrence Market & picked up some boneless chicken breast because I figured it would be best to marinade overnight and cook faster, I cut it into small cubes & cooked it over stove top. In the marinade, it was franks red hot sauce, this Piri Piri seasoning I picked up from the grocery, some lemon juice, salt & pepper. Nothing too much. The next day (sunday) I just cooked it a pan, shredded it as best as I could, then added cream cheese and a tex mex blend of cheese to mix together then put it all into a bowl & added some more cheese ontop (because cheese is never too much) then baked it just till the cheese melted & got golden. ALL DONE! Just grab some tortilla chips and you're set! It's a really simple recipe, but you have to use your own judgement, whether you like alot of cheese or less spice, depends on you.
